1) Customer Experience Advisor:

Antidotestreet.com, an exciting new website for black hair care and male grooming products in UK / Europe, is looking for a passionate intern to join its hardworking and customer-obsessed startup team. At Antidotestreet.com, the customer is at the Centre of everything we do. Internship contributions

• Contribute to the customer experience and retention strategy
• Field, coordinate and respond to customer care enquiries into the Antidotestreet customer care inbox
• Work with the social media manager in responding to customer enquiries on all channels – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
• Respond to enquires coming in through Live Chat platform
• Build and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all the products Antidotestreet.com website so as to effectively respond to customer queries
• Work with the founding team to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to turn any negative customer experience to a positive one.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Energetic and proactive self starter (do-it-yourself attitude)
• Extremely passionate about the customer
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• An interest in the beauty products and beauty business is a strong plus

• Understanding of how to build an eCommerce beauty business
• How to build a best-in-class customer experience/retention strategy
• Real life and hands on customer care experience
• Honest feedback on your performance on how to build your career, mentoring and references 

2) Blog Editor

At Antidotestreet.com, the customer is at the Centre of everything we do – specifically providing top quality content to support our customer’s buying decisions. If you are looking for a fantastic opportunity to be part of the founding team responsible for building an amazing service, please get in touch!   

Internship contributions

• Manage the Antidotestreet.com blog
• Research widely, aggregate and upload top quality content on the blog
• Work with the founding team and brands to create custom content for the blog
• Liaise with the Technology team to ensure that the blog is formatted correctly  
• Work with the Social Media, Customer care and Email marketing teams to proliferate blog content across social media platforms and to customers
